Information Resources: The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque library includes a number of information references printed in both languages; Arabic and English. As per latest statistics issued in February 2023, the library has more than 29180 books.

Library visitors: The library is sought after by a number of researchers and students from different age-groups and knowledge interests. They visit the library to use the sources and other information services needed by researchers and students. As for the library environment, it enjoys a calm and reading-encouraging atmosphere; as well as, it receives tourists visiting the grand mosque who are interested in reading and to know the cultural heritage of the Sultanate. During 2022, the library number of visitors is 23921 of both genders.
